Totalplan AS is founded as an advisory real estate broker.

Geir Atle Finden – a commercial broker since 1997 – joins Totalplan.

Sverre Nyquist returns from the US real estate industry and joins the team.

Commercial broker · Commercial broker since 1997
Geir Atle has worked as a commercial broker since 1997, including at Forvaltningsplan, Neas Megling and PRIVATmegleren Næring Oslo. From 2006 to 2016 he worked on tenant search and tenant advisory – first at CB Richard Ellis, then at NAI FirstPartners.
Since December 2016 he has been with Totalplan, responsible for leasing and lease negotiations – working with landlords and tenants alike.

Sverre is an economist with an MBA from the University of Denver. From 2012 he worked in real estate in the United States – property management, leasing and lease negotiations.
Since January 2018 he has been with Totalplan, responsible for leasing and lease negotiations.
Lawyer · In commercial property since 2003
Marit is a lawyer specialising in real estate law. Since 2003 she has worked with management, development and leasing of commercial property – as property manager, head of property and lawyer/head of practice.
Today she focuses especially on transactions, due diligence and valuations, alongside the day-to-day follow-up of leasing assignments. For regular clients she advises on investments.
